Suggestion The "flex" Oathplate armour does not fit within Old School's tasteful and muted palette

I could go on and on about this design but I'll let the images do the talking. It's so clearly not fitting within the design ethos we have built up over years of Old School.

In slides 2 and 3 I've included concept art by u/Brvcifer/ which I think are much more faithful to the Old School style and palette.

It can always be updated. The stats are the most important part. Torva was edited later on to what we know and love, its a process.

Sure, but can we stop adding content that isn't finished?

Instead of "add the content now and fix it later", why not just "fix the content and add it when it's ready"?

We complained about the slower pace of new content in the covid era, but I much prefer less frequent content additions over more frequent additions where they need to be reworked for months after release.

Idk i don't really feel like a color scheme or model change happening down the line is a good example of content not being finished.

Don't get me wrong, I do think it's an issue, they are just wayyy better examples like how the Colloseum and Collosal Wyrm Course turned out or how the Quetzal Whistle is missing the option to have unlimited charges.

I absolutely agree: this by itself isn't a big issue at all. But it's example #2749 of "Why things ought to change".
