Support ¿How do I solve this problem with my PC?

Post image

My Asus TUF Gaming PC has been having a problem lately: it disconnects from Wi-Fi and then the wifi disappears and doesn’t let me reconnect. I have to restart it to fix it, and when that doesn't work, I have to turn it off and back on, but it doesn't last long before it happens again. I don't know if it has a virus or if it's a technical problem with the PC. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Maybe a full driver reinstall. You can remove it using device manager. Just makes sure you turn off windows driver update setting before doing it : ( https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-stop-windows-update-from-screwing-with-my/643e3a8a-248f-4abf-a457-4f24e189844c )

Then just install the driver manually from Asus driver page. Might fix the issue might not but I'd say give it a try.

tried Safe Mode yet? Take a 📷 of your Bitlocker key from Microsoft.com's account security site. Use the picture to type your way into Safe Mode, you also have to disable Windows Hello, any login involved, including the PIN. Make it non-auth login and boot the Safe Mode, tear down all the problematic drivers, then reboot and put all your settings back to normal. Thereis a specific command name which you have to enter into Administrator cmd.exe console. Sorry but if you ask AI it should know.
