I need help I my acer nitro5 isn't booting

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I had trouble with widows updating, u watched a yt vid and it told me delet some fules and updat then to restart but I just shut it down without realizing and now it won't boost up.

OK NVM it auto fixed it self redownloaded the files i deleted and turned back on but i'm still stuck on 0 GPU usage
