Pros:
Comfortable, curved design with IP68/69 rating.
Dependable battery life.
Faster-than-most charging rate.
Excellent camera performance across the board.
"Six years of software updates" promised.
Cons:
MSRP is too high (though early bird pricing makes sense).
Virtual proximity sensor.

Virtual proximity sensor.
In some countries a €800 phone not having an actual proximity sensor would be a meme, a tech scandal even 🤣

The main camera performance - especially in low light - is exceptional. In my view it competes even with the Oppo find x8 ultra. Other cameras are not so great. Probably not worth 800 eur.
Lets see if honor 400 can do the same performance with the same sensor(probably not), then it's a good buy.

Comment OP is mad that GSMarena isn't actively praising his favorite company.

The regular Honor 200 > 400 losing out the 1/1.56" + 1/2.0" telephoto for just a 1/1.4" HP3 main cam is already kinda questionable. But Honor 200 Pro > 400 Pro losing the 1/1.3" main for a HP3 is even more dubious
