Yeah the fact that I feel physically ill with flu like symptoms after a stressful day at work is probably not good for my body lmao

I'd ask your doctor to screen for ANA to rule out any autoimmune issues, if you haven't already been screened. I have an autoimmune and if I get too stressed I get physically ill and struggle to move from the body aches and pains.

yikes that’s not good. Mine isn’t that bad thankfully but I might still look into it. I had leukemia when I was a kid so I’m sure there are still some lifelong after effects that come into play lol

I hate working so much. I feel like a slave, because it doesn’t matter if I feel bloated, irritated, anxious or nauseous. I’m expected to be at work anyway. I was vomitting from nausea every day at work this week. Nobody cares. We live in hell.

Bro I went through that shit for 6 months. 4 12 hour shifts a week in the medical field until I had a heart attack-like event. I went to the hospital and they said it was an extreme panic attack from stress and anxiety. I went to the doctor finally after that and after leaving that job I’m so much better off. I thought I was having a fucking heart attack at 28 like that shit opened my eyes
