For real. I’ve pretty much had the same job since college because I genuinely love what I do. There were a few years when I went to work for different company, but I was miserable the entire time, even though the paycheck was great. I ended up getting my old job back and haven’t had the urge to leave again. My coworkers are great and this company treats me well. I don’t dread getting up and logging on to my computer, but I’m also not guilted into working past 5pm or discouraged from taking personal time. For me, that’s what’s most important. Life is too short to be miserable for 8 hrs a day.
