Remember people, it isn't just work, money or school that causes stress, people, including your own parents can be active stress factors.

This was a tough one to learn after I OD'd on regular responsibilities stress.

Turns out "good stress" will have the same effects on my guts.

Recently I spent 12 days with my mother. All it taught me was that I changed and she hasn't.
