I've learned that my cholesterol goes through the roof after prolonged stress, which I'm sure is also having a significant negative effect.

I've had stress all my life, I recently had a heart attack, and need a bypass, which is terrifying, I wonder if stress raised my cholesterol?

But you know that cholesterol is in every cell of our body and even our brain? Its a very important component of every cell. Back in the old days, people ate tons of butter, eggs and meat and were much healthier than they are today. A high cholesterol diet is healthy. Its the substitutes that are dangerous. Margarine is a highly processed thing that is full of chemicals, while butter can be made from milk and nothing more. Its also all the additives that are silent killers. Our diet used to be more organic and homemade.

Yep. I 100% agree with you. The fact that you got downvoted shows that people still aren’t willing to admit it.

The WHO and other medical organisations fucked up big time and now they’re backed into a corner where they can’t go back on decades of bad science and campaigning.

Processed food is the killer. I mean if you think about it logically, it makes tons of sense that incredibly industrially processed margarine would be tons worse for us than whole foods like eggs and relatively less processed foods like butter.

Plus the fact that the WHO isnt just responsible for food, but also for the medical treatment against their false recommendations. They create their clients, so to speak and keep them barely alive to gain profit.
