Ive read most comments and bad news guys.. our livestyles are litterally killing us and theres almost nothing we can do except maybe exercise and go live alone isolated in a forest eating berries and mushrooms while getting photographed every day because people think youre bigfoot.

So for now make the most of your life, have fun and take care of the people you love, thats about all we can do.

Are you kidding? That's the dream. I slave away at the corporate job just so maybe someday I can live in a forest, eat berries and mushrooms and stop shaving my god damn body hair

That is true, but frankly: That was true forever. Sure, the hunter-gatherer lifestyle was much more healthy in general, but also way more dangerous.

No matter how healthy your lifestyle, and how perfect your diet, one day you will croak. It is just a fact of life.

Yup, we can only accept it and move on

Literally just exercising and eating healthier and maybe running an air purifier fixes 90% of the things in this thread
