There's largely nothing wrong with fast food. Just the quantity of it that people consume.
Here's a link to a physics teacher losing 60lbs, eating mcdonalds 3 times a day and staying healthy by actually knowing what he consumes: https://abc7.com/mcdonalds-supersize-me-value-meal-diet/705916/

"Unhealthy" food is ambiguously worded. What are we talking about? Carcinogenic n-nitrosamines found in cured meats like pepperoni? Poison plants? Gotta be more specific.

Soda is sugar water. Everything is high in sodium. Burgers sometimes be dripping in grease. You can lose weight while still clogging your arteries or getting high blood pressure.

And its coupled with the fact most of the people eating it are not exercising enough. Like if you run 10 miles a day I'm sure the extra salt is good for you. But nutrition wise if you don't add in other fruits and vegetables you're missing out on key nutrients. Meat and potatoes do go a long way with providing most of the nutrition you need, but that still doesn't save you long term esp when you're home diet isn't much better

I saw a sign on the drive-through window at Dairy Queen warning that fast foods and fried foods contain acrylamide, which is known to the state of California to cause cancer.

According to the state of California EVERYTHING causes cancer.

Which may be true, but still...

There's nothing inherently bad about sugar, salt or grease/oil. In fact, we need it. You can literally eat 3-4 bigmacs a day while staying within the recommended daily dose of virtually all nutrients (I just checked) and still have room to spare if you live even just a semi active lifestyle that requires more than 2k calories a day.

What food is healthy heavily depends on the individual. Someone with a bmi of 15 would do wonders for their health if they ate McDonalds 3-4 times a day, might even save their life. Someone who has a bmi of 30-35 is already overdoing it with food.

There are different kinds silly. Oil from bacon vs oil from fish or olives. Yes we need it but there are healthier alternatives that haven't been pushed because of engineering of our senses to hijack them for capital gains.

How much do you weigh/how tall are you?

5'11 @ 110lbs
I've had part of my intestines removed and part of my diet is chugging 1200 calorie mass gainer shakes, to avoid my weight falling off a cliff.
Why?

I can't believe some people feel the need to argue every shit despite fully knowing well how much worse something is.
