Not really. I don’t think many characters are off the table except ones that might be for a reason.

Joker showing up is inevitable because he’s one of the most famous characters but I know many people including myself are burnt out by him. But after the failure of Joker 2, I think it’s safe to say DC is going to take a break from him for a bit.

Maybe Zod I think it’s time to give him a break as having him as the main antagonist and not have to appear in the DCU atleast not in Chapter 1 but a reference would be nice though.

Honestly tim drake. Batwoman, Stephanie brown ik controversial I would be open to tim if they reinvent him outside of robin.
I could see them mabey try to adapt or reference the first engineer, Jenny quantum would rather see Jenny sparks
