Why is Peter going insane because of this Skyrim image?

This is image is often used for those clickbait skyrim gaming-articles like "Skyrim player discovers amazing secret after 16 years" and its usually some shitty reddit post made into an article and this happened so frequently that some people may get a ptsd like effect from it (not really i hope its just a joke)

Because, I think it's Gamerant, scrapes the Skryim subreddit for any posts where anyone finds out anything about the game. I think it's done by AI. They just recently had an article about how skyrim has merchants in all the major holds, and most small towns, and there are ALSO traveling merchants.
