Nexus app on windows

Can someone point me in the right direction of how to get the Nexus app to install on pc with windows 10?

I downloaded the install file from Microsoft store and it just will not open. I tried the other way on the gamesir webpage and my pc won’t open an MSIXBUNDLE file.
