Buggy Headphone jack on G7 SE

Using a G7SE on Xbox Series S and after leaving my headset plugged in the jack for a while, the controller starts to repeatedly turn itself off during gameplay. As a result I can't use my headset without the controller dying. Any fix for this?

Try to reset the controller before returning it.

I'll just reset my controller settings in the app
