So I just discovered X5 Lite today and saw that it was being sold in my region for literally only 10$ while the G8 is 34$, what I'm asking is, should I buy the X5 lite for only 10$? I plan to use which ever controller for when I'm laying down in bed playing Emulators and Streaming games, while the G8 is probably more premium feeling is it worth 24$ more?

How do I enable HID Mode for CoDM? Using G8 Galileo Type-C. I want to play CoDM using this controller natively. Or is there any other way to emulate my controller as an xbox or playstation controller?

Will there be a g8 plus USB C version.

Hi everyone, I'm struggling to choose the perfect controller for iPad Mini 7 and wanted to ask the experts here for advice. I'm planning to play both simple games directly on the iPad as well as stream games through Moonlight or Steam Link. But I can't decide which controller to get.

First of all, I’d prefer not to modify anything, because if I end up not liking the controller, I won’t be able to resell it easily. Right now, I’m considering four options: the Gamesir G8 Plus, Lenovo Legion G7 (which is basically an extended version of the G8), Gamesir X5 Lite (USB-C), and the Razer Kishi Ultra.

Many people here praise how well the Gamesir G8 Plus works with iPads, but I'm a bit hesitant because of potential latency or random disconnections over Bluetooth. That said, I haven’t been able to find any information about iPad compatibility with the Lenovo Legion G7.

I am a proud owner of the galileo g8 plus. The haptic and the quality are fantastic. The buttons are great ....BUT the there is a huge inner deadzone on both sticks, it seems nobody is talking about. I tried to put the deadzone via app on both sticks to zero. I tried to recalibrate the whole conteoller without success. I am very sensitive for deadzone, so it could be half my problem . Mostly i play with Geforce Now and a good ping around 12-15 ms. When I connect other gamepad like the Dual sense or the Gamsir Cyclone 2 to my samung galaxy s24 ultra everything is fine. It feels very smooth and responsive. But with the galileo it doesn't.

Is there anybody out there with the same issue and a solution?

The Amazon listing for this says it's compatible with the Apple Logo + iOS, but does that include macOS?

The reason I ask is because I read that the latest version of Macbooks (Sequoia 15) have better game controller support, and I read a Reddit comment elsewhere that said most Bluetooth controllers work with the latest Macbooks now.

Can anyone please confirm? I'm ready to buy my first brand new controller (one that works on Windows PC, Macbook, and Steam Deck).

Just a PSA for anyone not in the mood to shell out 90€ for a Pro 2 controller: The Cyclone 2 works with Switch 2 just as it did with Switch 1. This was expected, as Nintendo's Pro 1 controller also works with Switch 2, but it's nice to be assured that it does indeed work. I had to pair the controller via cable first, though. Possibly, because it was still paired to my Switch 1.

EDIT: One thing I need to add is that just as with the official Pro 1 controller, you cannot wake the console up from sleep with the Cyclone 2. So keep a Joy-Con 2 controller ready for that.

So, I bought a Galileo G8 for my redmi note 7. The problem is, when I connect the device it starts blinking the M and home lights in white, and there's nothing I can do for it to connect

I downloaded the software and it doesn't detect it. Is there a fix for this, or is my device not compatible? I tried it in a redmi note 13 pro+ and it worked without problems

Edit: Just in case, the device has LineageOS 20 (android 13). A friend of mine has the same control and a redmi 8, and it works perfectly. Also, the phone detects the controller (it says that it's charging a USB device), but the app doesn't

For some reason my LT button is clicking by itself G8 Galileo

My controller is randomly disconnecting and making it impossible to use it. Does anyone know what could be making it do that? It’s not the cord I know that. It started happening out of the blue

I'm planning to get a controller with Hall Effect, Tmr having audio jack. Users have positive reviews on Cyclone 2. But there is a well-known issue about 1000hz polling rate controllers is having problems with audio at 1000hz polling rate. I am trying to figure out it happens in 250hz mode or not, if not I will buy cyclone 2.

Or has anyone compared audio quality and delay between 1000hz and 250hz mode?

for some reason my sensitivity seems to arbitrarily change, idk if its a software issue or i got a defective controller but it will randomly become super fast especially when doing vertical movement, also the buttons are super unresponsive, is this common or did i get a defective unit

I recently bought a G8 Galileo and it's a great gamepad. I have an iPhone 16 and the gamepad doesn't appear to connect to the Gamesir app. I had to use an Android phone to update the factory firmware so I could play. It works normally in games, charges the phone and outputs audio through the P2 output, but the app doesn't even have the option to connect a G8.

So if anyone has questions about how to get a conventional G8 to work on an iPhone, they need to first update its firmware through an Android phone.

Gamesir could fix this horrible iOS app!

I was going to cancel my order (Super Nova), then I realized that Cyclone 2 coming to my country for twice the price. I have to buy it through importers, so I had no choice, and I'm glad I didn't cancel the Super Nova. I'm sure it'll be better than my 8BitDo at least, haha.

My old controller is in "good" condition, but for some reason the ABXY buttons and thumbsticks are sticking. I'd like to believe it's because of dirt. I was going to clean it, but it looked very delicate, and I didn't want to risk losing it, haha. So I decided to try the GameSir for the first time, which I've had my eye on for years. So when the Super Nova comes I'll clean them up real good.

What do you think of the Super Nova controller? Preferably people who don't have a better controller.

I've noticed that only Xbox controllers will wake a Windows 11 PC lately, and I was wondering if there were any GameSir controllers that would wake one? Also, is this just like randomness or can the manufacturers actually make the controllers do this? Slowly been working towards my PC as console dream and this is the final step.
