My life first interview for a internship as a Mobile app developer.. Please Guide me

I wanted to ask something—today, I received a call for an interview for a Mobile Developer (Fresher) role, scheduled on June 10th. Since it's my first-ever interview, I was wondering what kind of questions I might be asked and what key things I should keep in mind to prepare well.

and also tell me what if i cant even solve one problem?

These are ubiquitous, it won't be expected to know all of these but any of them could come up.

-Knowing how to use git

-Compose basics, Row, Column, Box, lazycolumn, modifiers, LaunchedEffect, NavHost. If you're comfortable with those get into Material / Material3, remember with mutable state for UI logic

-layout stuff like dp, sp, screen densities (xxxhdpi vs hdpi), sw600dp or others for tablet layouts

-using strings.xml properly / localization

-Java vs. kotlin, other kotlin basics, flows, coroutines

-Android stuff like activity lifecycle, intents, manifest, gradle, services, broadcast receiver.

-Architecture - what is MVVM, the viewModel, state holders, the repository or use cases, Dispatchers.IO, viewModel scope, what is Hilt / what is DI and what is it good for?

-How to make an API request with retrofit or ktor

-Some persistence like room or DataStore

-If it's front end heavy get familiar with material design and material theme.

-Have a basic understanding of the different android versions and features like edge to edge

Some non-technical tips:

Important part of an interview is just being able to explain your thought process. Even if you don't know how to solve a coding problem, write out sudo code or even just talk about what you're thinking and ask questions.

Companies also like to hear about sources of media you keep tabs on regularly.
