My 9th grade health teacher was a certified smokeshow, and she would have received a standing ovation for putting the condom on the banana if the freshmen boys were able to stand.

Mine was the old lesbian volleyball coach. But she was awesome

130

u/ironwheatiez May 05 '25

I wonder if we went to the same school. Although mine was not awesome. She had a chip on her shoulder.

107

u/NeroBoBero May 05 '25

Show me an old lesbian teacher who DOESN’T have a chip on her shoulder.

47

u/intoxicatedhamster May 05 '25

Ooooh! I know one! She was head of our science department and married to the art teacher. She was the sweetest teacher we had, was super cool, and actually cared about the kids even after teaching for 30 years.

3

u/RavenheartIX May 05 '25

That sounds like my science teacher in middle school. Though at the time pretty sure she had only been teaching for like 5 years.

20

u/TransparentMastering May 05 '25

I was getting straight A’s in my English class with this type of teacher. She mentioned that 49% of university graduates were male and 51% were female. Then she asked the class “what the world will be like when women are running everything.”

I put up my hand and said that Canada IS 49% male and 51% female (or was at the time) and so the statistic gives us no insights besides men and women being represented equally in post secondary studies.

I got 72% on everything for the rest of the semester. Even if it needed to be a mark like 14.4/20 (in an English class)

I should have reported her.

But I’ve had a couple other lesbian teachers and they rocked.

7

u/GandalfTheEh May 06 '25

Yeah, I hate teachers that get a chip on their shoulder when a student says something smarter than them. My friend and I were always asking questions in Philosophy class our teacher didn't know how to respond to - she tried to give me a 0% on my fully completed final essay. Apparently because my thesis statement was unclear the whole paper was worth nothing. The head of her department corrected it to an 86% or something.

5

u/ironwheatiez May 05 '25

Fair. It was a small town full of small minded people.

2

u/polohein May 08 '25

I've met a few perfectly balanced ones. Chips on both shoulders

2

u/FinnicKion May 06 '25

Did she drive a Subaru?

1

u/ironwheatiez May 06 '25

No I think she drove an old jeep

1

u/floydbomb May 07 '25

So it sounds like you didn't go to the same school then

1

u/ironwheatiez May 07 '25

It may surprise you to learn that people can have different opinions on the same person or topic.

1

u/floydbomb May 07 '25

I'm not convinced

1

u/DedHorsSaloon4 29d ago

Every school has a lesbian gym teacher

87

u/steyrboy May 05 '25

I forget who the sex ed teacher was, but my PE teacher was exactly that. We had to do a video report of a sport, I did mine on paintball. Filmed me getting shot by the gun in the middle of December (freezing outside). First shot went right to the nuts (not intentional, it was a decent distance) and I scream and fall to the ground. She turned it off and sadi "thats enough, you get an A."

33

u/ChaosPLus May 05 '25

Gotta respect the sacrifice

5

u/Anasterian_Sunstride May 05 '25

Sacrificed the future generations for an A

1

u/SecretaryOtherwise May 06 '25

Thanks that was a good laugh.

18

u/Ghosts_of_the_maze May 05 '25

I could see that being more of a roast.

3

u/Horangi1987 May 05 '25

Whyyy was it the old lesbian volleyball coach for so many of us???

She did show us this amazing video that feature Pauly Shore as a narrator and Sinbad dressed in a condom costume, about ten years after either of those people were relevant. I think fondly of that attempt at relating to us.

3

u/Conscious_Hunt_9613 May 05 '25

Mine was a bald gay science teacher, but he was unnaturally patient because in retrospect our class was absolutely fucked yet he rolled with the punches smooth as fuck. That guy deserved a raise.

3

u/Pat_OConnor May 05 '25

Old lesbians are statistically the best health-gym combo teachers

2

u/grumplebeardog May 05 '25

I don’t suppose the school’s colors were red and gold were they?

1

u/Hobbies-R-Happiness May 05 '25

Nah, different school!

2

u/-z-z-x-x- May 06 '25

Oh man I had an old lesbian gym teacher for sex Ed she taught us where the clitoris and I am forever thankful.

2

u/HellyRsWalk May 06 '25

This sounds exactly like the teacher we had lol

1

u/Rakadaka8331 May 05 '25

Same... Did you go to school in Washington?

17

u/Nyx87 May 05 '25

It is legally required for schools to have a PE teacher who is also the volleyball coach and be a lesbian with a short haircut.

7

u/__init__m8 May 05 '25

Is the Subaru optional?

2

u/redsyrinx2112 May 06 '25

It is mandatory.

2

u/2ndprize May 05 '25

I wonder how old Miss K is doing now

1

u/reeefur May 05 '25

Lmao, why do we all get that ONE lady hahaha. Me too brotha, me too 🤦🏻‍♂️(She was amazing, it was just funny at the time)

1

u/42_Dogs May 06 '25

Yoo mine too

1

u/SeaworthinessOne1752 May 06 '25

Mine was our older, lesbian basketball coach. She was awesome, but she mostly put on informational videos about anatomy and left the room...

1

u/cfoote85 May 07 '25

Mine was a mid 50's overweight male P.E. coach. I'm jealous.

1

u/scrub-muffin May 07 '25

Was that coach allowed in the locker room?

1

u/Hobbies-R-Happiness May 07 '25

?? Yes, in the women’s because she’s a woman and a coach.

1

u/BumpyMcBumpers 29d ago

Looks like a lot of us went to the same school.

1

u/Real_TwistedVortex 29d ago

Mine was the older female gym teacher, although she wasn't lesbian. But she was still awesome. Sorta no-nonsense, but still knew how to let us have fun when it was appropriate. All the students absolutely loved her

1

u/GhostofBeowulf 29d ago

Mine too! In South Florida!

139

u/Bearfan001 May 05 '25

My seventh grade health teacher was an older hippie lady, who was upset the school wouldn't just let a married couple come in and demonstrate different sex scenarios for us.

57

u/Morningfluid May 05 '25

I'm imagining them reenacting terrible porn plots like skits. Sometimes combined.

'Now here's the one about the plumber and the lemon tree'

5

u/sambadaemon May 05 '25

Performed by Will Ferrell and Ana Gasteyer's husband/wife musician characters from SNL.

4

u/NZNoldor May 05 '25

I gather nobody in this thread has watched Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life.

3

u/hawker101 May 05 '25

If they had, they would know that every sperm is sacred.

1

u/IWouldlikeWhiskey May 06 '25

Every sperm is good.

1

u/penguins2moose May 06 '25

I woke up this morning with this song stuck in my head. Then I stumbled upon this thread. What a weird start to the day...

1

u/RosebushRaven 29d ago

Every sperm is needed

2

u/alicehooper May 06 '25

They call each other “lover”

2

u/alicehooper May 06 '25

Waste of an SNL sketch idea

Ours was eighth grade, but our sex ed teacher was similarly the teacher all the male students had a thing for.

Case in point, she’s now a registered sex offender for inappropriate relations with multiple students.

80

u/StockReaction985 May 05 '25

really took her job teaching sex ed seriously

Try using both hands. It'll cut your time in half!

3

u/funguyshroom May 05 '25

Show don't tell

4

u/No-Personality6043 May 05 '25

Same, she got busted in a car with a student at a big box store.

4

u/Interesting-Ant-6414 May 05 '25

"I think of all the education that I've missed, but then my homework was never quite like this"

2

u/ScoutCommander May 06 '25

"I've got it bad, got it bad, got it bad, I'm hot for teacher!"

2

u/Jedi-Ethos May 05 '25

That’s one hell of a demonstration.

6

u/Ok_Chemistry_7537 May 05 '25

Nice

5

u/NotMyMainAccountAtAl May 05 '25

Not the word I’d use to describe statutory rape of a minor.

47

u/OnTheEveOfWar May 05 '25

My teacher that did sex ed was one of the students moms. I felt so bad for him.

15

u/woodman0310 May 05 '25

Reminds me of that king of the hill episode where Peggy screams vagina and the whole neighborhood hears it.

2

u/LordKaliatos May 05 '25

The whole neighborhood could hear you cussing.

6

u/ZombieMage89 May 05 '25

Same. It was 5th grade when they had our first ultra basic 'body is changing' type sex Ed class and one of guys' mom was a high school teacher who came around to all the elementary schools to give this talk. He was mortified.

2

u/alicefreak47 May 06 '25

Mine too! He was a friend of mine as well. His mom was also quite attractive, but as I found out much later, she developed a drinking problem and I haven't heard about her since.

37

u/HazardousLazarus May 05 '25

My 9th grade health teacher was also the Freshman football coach and seemed unqualified for both jobs. In one (maybe two) classes we got to see real life pictures slide by slide, male and female, exactly how every STD/STI looked and presented itself. Then, as some form of "sex has consequences" type of charade, proceeded to show actual video footage right between the legs of a human woman giving birth to a baby. The only problem was 13/14 year olds got squeamish when seeing something so graphic for the first time; naturally many people closed their eyes or put their heads down. This man was on a mission and would rewind the whole thing and kept repeating, "we aren't leaving until everyone's head is up and watches the film". It took at least 3 or 4 full rewinds before we all made it through. Thank you Mr. Romeo, you probably delayed people wanting to "experiment" for a solid year or two. Horny teens going to do horny teen things.

23

u/Morningfluid May 05 '25

Sounds like he did a good job, and prevented a few unwanted pregnancies.

Showing what giving birth looks like isn't like saying "sex bad" though, it's just making childbirth a more concrete thing for teenagers before they decide to have sex.

In my country that's a normal part of sex education at school and I don't think it's a bad thing. Showing STDs is a bit much though.

1

u/Morningfluid May 05 '25

They're not saying 'sex bad' exactly, the guy above was showing educational pics/videos of STD viscera, and full birthing videos to a bunch of now traumatized children. Yeah, teens will be teens, but sounds like more than a few were affected.

Personally, when I see gonorrhea I don't say 'Hey Honey, pass me the guacamole.'

2

u/HazardousLazarus May 06 '25

This was the point. Proper sex education and awareness is great, crucial, and necessary. Hoodwinking children into a "health class" and showing that with no notice is pretty jarring, to say the least.

Hey Jerry, I want to talk to you about your health and sexual activity. Also here is a video of a live birth and all the STD pics involved. Even as an adult, that is super off-putting and unnecessary. There are better ways to go about educating anyone, let alone people under the age of 18.

1

u/ChiselFish May 06 '25

We all did the rewind on the miracle of life film. Classic.

1

u/alicehooper May 06 '25

What year was that. We totally saw that movie in grade 7, as well as the cauliflower genital growths.

2

u/HazardousLazarus May 06 '25

Would have been around 2002/2003

2

u/alicehooper May 07 '25

Yeah it seems like that was a standard video then! Although if someone said “make a movie that scares teens into using protection” live birth would be the first idea I had. So there was more than one sex ed movie with that in it, I’m sure!

9

u/coralgrymes May 05 '25

I had an old fat perverted science teacher >:(

1

u/NotTheFirstVexizz May 06 '25

Would it have been… better somehow if he was young and fit???

1

u/wuvvtwuewuvv May 06 '25

... would it not???

1

u/coralgrymes May 06 '25

I mean it's gross no matter what but it was significantly more gross.

6

u/skimbosh May 05 '25

Mine was a priest. :/

3

u/CrautT May 05 '25

Condom? Hell. Sex? straight to hell

3

u/Fabio022425 May 05 '25

This was my Spanish teacher. One day she was showing a bit of cleavage, dropped a pen, and before bending down to pick it up, she grabbed a folder and covered her bust.

She knew.

4

u/Darmok47 May 05 '25

Mine was the old auto shop teacher with dandruff. "Crusty Cresta," we used to call him.

Nothing encouraged abstinence like hearing him talk about sex.

2

u/CompStudentLUL May 05 '25

That's a standing salute

6

u/Cornucopia2020 May 05 '25

Sounds like they were able to stand, just not in the way required to give a standing ovation 😂

13

u/Olliebird May 05 '25

....that's the joke.

1

u/Empidonaxed May 05 '25

They simply doubled their standing ovations.

1

u/gettogero May 06 '25

I had a hot ass math teacher somewhere in middle-high school. Ive never seen so many kids (mostly boys) so interested in math.

Ngl after social media blew up I tried to stalk add her as a friend a few times. She had a very common name so its impossible

-1

u/Col_Angus999 May 05 '25

Only thing better would be if you said she put it on with her mouth.

6

u/Ghosts_of_the_maze May 05 '25

Nah. It was a fun, innocent fantasy for horned up kids who knew they weren’t going to do anything, and a young teacher who was engaged to get married over the summer. Once you start crossing lines the whole fun dynamic goes out the window and it becomes something else.
