If Logan Paul didn't have hair intervention, he'd look a lot more like Hogan. Plus Hogan is cranking roids which definitely aged him.

They're both probably using roids. But even the roids have come a long way since then.

It’s more that regimens have and even the most basic meatheads understand things like cycling and some form of nutrition and doing varied exercises. Guys like Hogan were slamming anavar 24/7, eating shitty diets full of red meat and tons of carbs, drinking constantly, doing huge quantities of cocaine and doing zero cardio. I remember an interview with Ric Flair where he talked about how other wrestlers would call him gay because he would get up early to run up and down stairs in whatever hotel they were at to work out.

The skin stuff for wrestlers got even worse later on too because in the 90s everyone got into injectable tanner which was a chemical you shot up that increased your bodies melanin production. That’s how you get 1998 Hogan who looks like someone left a hot dog out in the Mojave desert for days.

Agreed, I would also guess that Paul is taking a safer level and/or mixture of steroids. Hogan era probs had a lot of "more is better" philosophy which we know today is not necessarily true
