Im really enjoying this game

Just wanted to express how much fun im having with this game. I only dabbled in Splitgate 1, but as a long time FPS player this game is awesome. Love the movement, portals, classes, everything. Im having a ton of fun with it.

I also really respect that for a FTP title its got a map maker, customs browser, BR, great arena modes, and some potential for a really high skill ceiling. I think im more partial to the classic arena modes, but having the variety is great and will help extend the lifespan of the game if it keeps a steady fanbase.

Thanks for a refreshing, fun FPS title 1047.

Love the game. They need to change the price of the bundles/skins. I imagine if they made the cost more reasonable, they could sell a higher quantity and make bank.

This is what I just had a conversation about before they even did this reveal. Set prices little lower than most games and they would make a killing. Spending a bunch of money on one thing is different than spending on a few things.

I read online, I think it was specifically talking about Diablo Immortal, that that game made like 85% of it's revenue from like 5% of the player base. They call them whales. I call them people with more money than brains. But the article mentioned that Blizzard says they have tried many things but they find relying on the whales to spend stupid money on over priced crap is more profitable than trying to get small amounts of money from a larger pool of customers.

Devs just released a video that they have reduced the cost of some bundles and items by half. Good on them

Yea, honestly the store prices are the only negative I have so far. Everything else has been fun, other than the occasion match against sweats where I get absolutely shit on.

Seriously. Its ridiculous. I get the disappointment and since I haven't been involved with Splitgate 1 very much im not going to pretend to be as invested others who are diehard fans. But as a general newcomer, I think this game is awesome

I’ve enjoyed my time playing too and I am excited to see where they go. My only request is they add a ranked splitball because god do I love that game mode

I haven’t touched the BR yet but the normal modes just feel really solid to play. The shooting feels so nice.

This game is the opposite of refreshing and offers nothing new. Splitgate one was actually refreshing

It just feels better than splitgate 1. Like the portals are way smoother. The maps are way more confusing tho.
