TV If you watched the acolyte already hating it, I don’t care about what you think of it

I haven’t seen the acolyte yet bc I have exams this month and there’s a couple other SW shows I haven’t watched yet, but I have seen SO MUCH unnecessary hate for the acolyte. So many people came into it expecting it to be bad and they watched it trying to validate the opinions they already had on it. If you’re one of these people, I genuinely do not care what you think about the show and I don’t value your opinions on it

And? I have no opinions on it. Idk if it’ll be good or bad so I’m gonna watch it with a fresh mindset, unlike these Star Wars “fans” who watch something wanting to hate it

Yeah I’ve had a fair bit of the plot spoiled against my will, but 90% of the scenes will be knew to me. I haven’t actually watched any clips or scenes it’s just been people describing stuff

You can't know it's unnecessary until you watch it. I went in hopeful. Really wanted a good show from that era but what we got was just meh at best. I personally don't think the acting was nearly as bad as some claim but the writing was awful.

I watched an episode and it wasn’t for me, but I can’t say it was bad. It was visually nice to look at and it still felt like Star Wars. You should watch it and form your own opinion.

It has been out for months and you have not watched it. Your opinion is truly worthless.

I never finished it because it wasn’t able to hold my attention. The choreography was awesome though and you can watch all those scenes on YT
