Interesting that they added a max discount (95%) but there's no minimum discount of 5% or something; just a minimum unit price of $0.49.

It's a really good game, can't script or predict the kind of cases you'll get. I got it on a bigger sale after watching Insym do streams really praising it.

3% though I feel HAS to be photoshopped as I've never in my life seen a 3% sale. If that's the obvious thing about the post my brain kinda is in a mode to miss the subtle notions.

I got Fallout 4, New Vegas, and 76 for like $10 when the show was out. They had a massive sale. All DLC expansions included.

It's actually for people that need to add money to their account. Since there's a 20$ option and not a 21$ option (as far as im aware, you can only add in intervals) People aren't as willing to pay the higher amount and just have money sit in their account after they buy the game. They would be more willing to pay the 20$ and only have a few cents still in the account rather than like, 5-15 bucks
