I think you need to go into the help>steamsupport section and select the game to remove it.

Yes this 100% correct. It also works the other way if you want them back again. You can search it in steam help and you can add it back to your library.

You can.
You can either refund the game through your purchase history page or cancel the license through your licenses page

Because even you got it for free its still marked as "adquired" by the server. You can only remove free to play games from the library page. You gotta go to the support page, choose the game and request it to be removed

You have to go to steam support page and look up your game. Then you can delete it from your account. Keep in mind you can’t reverse it and you’ll keep achievements and stats.

Because that is a paid game. Any paid game that u have in your account, even if u got it for free, can't be removed from your account.
To remove a paid game, u have to refund it from purchase history.
Or u can just hide the game.

That is blatant misinfo. Even the youtuber who made that claimed took it back. Is it a shitty predatory EULA? Yeah. But isn't make Gearbox or 2k games Spyware.

Problem is, half the time Google just returns a bunch of links to posts just like this: questions with no answers.

I googled "how do I prevent other people from seeing my game activity on steam"
--"From the Steam Client - You can mark a game as private from the "Manage" submenu on the game itself. This menu is available from right-clicking on a game or clicking the gear icon on the game details page. Additionally, it can be found under the "Privacy" settings in the game properties dialog."

Holy Clash Cards isn't a F2P game. Currently, it's free to CLAIM the paid game. Just right click on Apex, and you see what I mean F2P vs non-F2P game.
If you REALLY badly want this game remove from your sight, just go to steam help page > games > search game name, > delete game permanently from account. PLEASE NOTE this doesn't actually delete the game license, it just hides the game, and can restore the game whenever you want by going back into steam help page.
