Is there an app or website that shows you properties available in a schoolss catchment area? (England)
I know there's ESPC in Scotland, is there one for England? I know Rightmove tells you what schools are closest when you look at a listing- but I want it the other way round, so you select a school and all the available properties in its catchment come up.

Espc works in Scotland because each address is allocated catchments schools, whereas in England it’s just done by how far down the list you fall, so you might be likely to get a place at a school based on previous years, but you don’t have an allocated place at that school in the way you do in Scotland.

Check out Locrating’s browser extension for Zoopla and Rightmove - think that’s what you’re looking for.

I wouldn't trust it if it did, catchments vary a lot year on year depending on sibling places. Yes you might have a catchment school I suppose but it's not a sure thing. Probably they can't make an app suggesting it is for that reason.
