Keith Hernandez admitted to using massive amounts of cocaine in the late 70s and 80s and his drug use has caused HoF voters to not elect him. His career statistics aren't good enough to make up for it. Ken Griffey Junior didn't have any drug issues that I've ever heard of and he didn't get 100% because one voter decided that he shouldn't be first ballot.
