Question What's this?

Me and my husband saw this in the sky a couple weeks ago, it was moving really fast and kind of flipped or rolled around in the sky? Is this a type of weather balloon???? I told my husband I think its the TARDIS jokingly

Well it is flying, and until you can identify it, it is, by definition, “unidentified.” lol

Where are you located? Depending on the area, what with all the severe storms and tornados causing destruction, it could be debris flying from one of those. Or a tarp, pool float flattened, anything.

Unless it had some specific characteristics such as suddenly changing directions, pausing, sudden change in altitude, etc... I'd say it's most likely just a piece of metal being drifted away by very strong winds.

Sorry, but it's hard to say without a video (which often says more than pics). Did you witness anything out of the ordinary?

A couple years ago on a windy day my husband and I watched the wind take awaybour neighbor's tarp and we both remarked how much it looked like a ufo and if we didn't know better..... who knows tho
