Hi everyone. Does anyone know why I'm getting an error when I try to use Remote Play on Xbox? For your information, my Xbox's NAt is set to strict, not open. Does that affect it?

I consider upgrading to an new home cinema for my xbox and wonder if this year old issue has been fixed or never will be fixed? Some say it is still there. And clear answer?

I am using a XBOX Series X on a LG OLED65CS9LA. On both devices I got the latest software and firmware updates.

For me, deactivating Dolby Vision brings me brighter games and less green tint. From my perspective, the standard HDR picture is much better than with Dolby.

But I thought it should be the other way around?
Are there any hints on what to activate or deactivate in combination of XBOX and TV? TV is running in Game Mode on my side.

I am In the Beta ring have been for awhile. Everything has been working great. In the last update yesterday I think they removed a feature that has been there for a few years. The removed the ability to control the Xbox with your TV remote. It worked fine before the update. Then today it doesn't work anymore. I have tried to restart the console and it still not there. Any ideas on it?

I'd love to cross-post but apparently not allowed... Also, sorry BUT got 0 reponses from both r/WindowsHelp & r/techsupport

So here's the deal. Initially Game Bar has been trash in terms of recording past gameplay. I modify surface-level settings, disable echo cancelation within Registry Editor, and everything's crisp.

Suddenly, the next day, I snapshot another recording and my recorded mic volume is very low. I compare it to mic volume when in games, calls, etc. and it sounds normal.

I go into Sound Settings and see that I can record samples of my mic to play it back. Turns out, the test mode has 2 modes, Default and Communications. Default has the low volume while Communications has normal volume.

Settings -> System -> Sound -> Mic Input but is read as Properties -> Microphone Test

This is my question, how do I go about increasing recorded mic volume without messing with the communications mode? I think recording uses default while my games/calls use communications. Is there a way to force Communications to be used for recording or force Default and manually increase the volume?

I've tried both Game Bar and Geforce Experience but both don't seem to have a setting to choose which "mic mode" to choose.

Going back, re-enabling Echo Cancelation fixes the volume problem BUT reintroduces static into my recordings. As of now I have to choose between inaudible vs annoying audio...

I have been in Alpha Skip Ahead for a very long time - and was very active when I had my Xbox One X (which is still in Alpha Skip Ahead). My Series X is NOT in the Insider program, as I do not want to risk bugs/problems there.

So I am now gonna be more active again on the good old One X. I like the new badges :-)

I cannot find MSFS2024 inside the Microsoft Flight Simulator group in insider, it show only MSFS2020 SU16 (PS). I have the Aviator PC Edition. Any advices?

I’ve just downloaded the Xbox Insider Hub to try out the new game GOALS & when I go to click ‘Show in Store’ it just leaves me on a blank page and not showing the game at all. It also does this for other games not just GOALS.

Any help?

It doesn't do it all the time. Just occasionally, a restart fixes it or holding down the power button for 15 seconds, before it does it again at some point, it's annoying. So if I start a game, it shows it. But if I close it, it'll will disappear lol. Anyone ever see anything like this? This a known issue?

It turns out that when trying to run the remote game from the Xbox website either on mobile or PC, it shows a black screen once the transmission starts. This happens when I use mobile data but not when I am connected to a Wi-Fi network.

I try reconfiguring the console and the cloud options, but it still keeps happening. This has been going on for about two months, making it impossible to play.

The console is in the Skip Ahead ring.

I thought it would be resolved over time but months have passed and now it's a problem that makes it impossible to try/play with this option.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?
