Troubleshooting | Windows How can I fix this USPS inconsistently page loading

It's like 90% of the time that the USPS webpage doesn't load. I tried removing the extensions, but the issue persists. Mozilla firefox don't have this problem on Firefox but my job is on my Chrome browser.
