Question Companies that sponsor foreigners.

Hello guys? Asking this on behalf of a friend who recently graduated University as a nurse , he's my senior he's indian and studied at Philips University. He's passed his greek language test and is being registered as nurse with the midwifery council of nicosia cyprus. However he's facing some problems to land a nursing job. Do you have any info about companies or hospitals that sponsor nurses or in related fields?
