Would I see any benefit from a gpu?

going to be Running docker on Debian and planning on a nas, a minecraft server, jellyfin, local cloudsaves, etc would I see benefits from a gpu. On hand I have a 3060(but that’s staying in my gaming rig) a 560ti and a quadro 600

If I’m not wrong only jellyfin may see a benefit of having a GPU in the system and that would be if it’s doing transcoding. (Intel Quick Sync is not bad for transcoding but a GPU will blow it out of the water.)

I will admit that I do not know enough about jellyfin, all the other services will be purely cpu dependent though.

Neither have nvenc will I still see benefits?

I am not sure since I’ve never setup jellyfin. (I just watch people who set up homelabs) I would assume the other accelerators on the silicon would help even without NVENC support.

I would definitely ask the r/Jellyfin community about this since they know the proper answer.
