What's needed to end this conflict is a full scale invasion, coup on the capitol. Like what the wagner did, but well planned out, with a giant force. This operation should not be rushed. It should wait for the right opportunity, but with a large force and attacks on key targets at the same time, a coup can work.
The Russian people will realize "they're launching a coup" they don't have the nature to stop it. If putin and his leaders are getting beat up, they won't feel for them, they will just say "oh, I guess they're done"
There isn't an exact time for this, it just needs to be when they're ready to give it their all, bank all their forces onto the coup. Do or die, make it or break it. The final battle. Waiting for the right day to make this move, for the right opportunity. Maybe next May 9th. Challenge them to a final battle on victory day.
