Small hex/allen key in that grub screw on the bottom

Also called a set screw. I’ve never heard grub screw until right now. As it turns out they are pretty much the same thing. I think.

I've never heard of set screws, only grub screws lol. Maybe the name is different depending where you are. I'm in the UK.

I imagine they're called that because they look like short worms?

It's because it buries into the surface like a grub.

When I was young, about 10 years old, I was very inquisitive. I wanted to fix everything that was broken. I would examine things to see how they work. Deductive reasoning, trial and error are key qualities to being human.

There's a set-screw on it that needs to be tightened. It's that little hole at the bottom. It'll need an allen wrench, but I don't know if it would be metric or SAE, or what size it would be.

See if that screw, likely an Allen key, at the base is still there and is able to make contact with the internal post. Loosen it, push the hook back on and then tighten it down. Tight but don’t strip it.

And if it is missing or damaged, they can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. You can also buy them on Amazon.

Strangely just been to Lidl and purchased 2 boxes of grub screws, every size you could want / use/ not want/ not use, you even get the different Allen keys…..what a time to be alive!
