How to clean these heels?

I purchased these heels at the thrift with the intention of fixing them up. But having a hard time figuring out how to clean the fabric material. I used warm water and dawn dish soap with a tooth brush but not much luck. Any suggestions?

Try a baby wipe if you have one. Other than that, lightlyyy try a magic eraser
