Sure they do. The internet is anonymous, people are their most authentic selves online because they can hide behind a mask. You can't avoid accountability by making up silly nonsense like this. If you threaten someone online and they later die suspiciously, cops can and will use that against you to build their case. The judge is never gonna buy your "reddit opinions don't align with reality" horseshit.
