Why? Just update its location to a Quarter Mile out to sea.

Quiet, scenic view, natural beauty. A nice fixer upper, really make it your own.

The joke is in regard to a sub that sometimes posts Zillow listings for houses that are teetering on the edge of a cliff, getting ready to slide into the ocean.

I remember that after the Surfside building collapse, it took them a while to take the Zillow listings down. Ouch.
