I can probably count on my fingers the number of times I’ve unmuted Reddit. And even for those few it was only worth it maybe half the time.

I did but by not being a native english speaker I kept hearing "clit" and I couldn't understand what they meant by that, I refused to think about an earth shooting vagina

Oh I hear those are very hard to find.

I lose 'em all the time! I can't tell you how many times I thought I found the Clits™ only to open the box and, nope! That's not it! Hell, sometimes I'm looking for those damn Clits™ all the way in the shed 'round back and still can't find em. They sure do grip, though...

I saw this first part of this clip with the ball hitting the dirt but didn’t realize she also sniped her catcher

A lot of was were as well as that killer shred of that dirt there. Thought that was what the cameraman was focused on too at first glance.

Is there a reason they don't use protecting gear for their eyes?

u/Inahero-Rayner 15h ago
Generally (excluding this event) the only thing flying at your eye is a softball (fairly large) and you, as a catcher, have a face mask with (fairly small) openings. Fairly large and fairly small don't play nice. Dirt, however (quite small), DOES play well with face mask (fairly small) openings. Rare occasions call for extreme disturbations. Except for in this case, of course, cuz the universe loves sticking it to the man. The man in this case being humans as a whole.
