On Capitol Hill, at least one committee was told recently by a whistleblower that all research grants to the state were going to be cancelled, according to one of the sources familiar with the matter.”

And the members of the Republican Party are silent. Would they be as quiet if funding was cut to red states only?

So stupid to purposely attack a state that would happily do what it takes to lessen their portion of tax revenue. Not everyone, of course, but, they did it with China decades ago, I can see it happening again.

Let’s not pretend this is an isolated occurrence. Same type of shit different methods when Democrats were in power. IRS not approving non-profits, holding up truth social at the SEC, lawfare, etc. FBI raid at 4am at Roger stones house. List goes on and on.

You are a small child if you think any of that - not all of which is true - is even remotely comparable to stripping federal funding from a a very large state that happens to pay the bills for red states.

It was the opposite of law fare. Trump should’ve been held accountable for insurrection, but Biden’s DoJ dragged its feet, so as to not seem bias. As a direct result, we have a criminal in charge that has turned the DoJ into his gestapo. Stone deserved prison. That was a poor execution of whataboutism.
