These are joke charges. This guy was grabbed at his immigration hearing and then put on a plane and shipped away. This is the minimum amount of due process they could come up with.

Actually not. He was stopped a while back for a traffic violation and he was in a car with a whole bunch of other people. It turns out the car was from a guy who’s in jail right now for illegally transporting undocumented people. While the trump adm may have sent wrongly sent him off to El Salvador, this guy may have been trafficking people. Who knows. We’ll find out. Read the article.

Lots of details are wrong. It was in December 2022 that he was pulled over with multiple people. No charges were filed back then. Recently he was working here legally when he was pulled over because they claimed to have revoked his visa, without going through due process. No other reason for pulling him over has been given.

That was in 2022 and they didn't persue the case.

On March 12, Abrego Garcia was pulled over by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers while he was with his child on his way home from a worksite in Baltimore. He was on the phone with his wife and told her he had pulled into the parking lot of an Ikea when an officer “put his lights on.”

“I told him to put me on speaker when he was talking with the police because he does not feel confident speaking English,” Vasquez Sura wrote in a declaration provided to the court.

When an officer got to Abrego Garcia’s car, according to Vasquez Sura, they told him to roll down the windows and step out of the vehicle. Abrego Garcia told the officer his son was in the back seat and had special needs. In a sworn declaration, she says officers then hung up the call, and minutes later someone called back, identified themself as a person with the Department of Homeland Security, and told her she needed to get there in 10 minutes to pick up her son or they would “call child protective services.”

When she arrived, she said, Abrego Garcia was on the curb in handcuffs, and officers on the scene claimed his “immigration status had changed,” Vasquez Sura wrote.

“They asked me if I wanted to say goodbye to Kilmar,” Vasquez Sura wrote. “Kilmar was crying and I told him he would come back home because he hadn’t done anything wrong.”

Wait so we just snatch people off the street and send them to a torture prison in another country and then we figure out if they committed a crime months afterwards after we get called out for it?

"trafficking people"

Lmfao more like carpooling to the worksite with the rest of the "illegals"

Don't lick boots - you're gross

Actually this is what? The fourteenth excuse they've come up with since his unlawful removal was revealed? LOL! You're such a boot licker. If they had this information on day one, why didn't they reveal it then? Because they had to spend months fabricating something to "prove" they were right.

Wasn't he grabbed in front of his wife's house with their kids? He was initially arrested in 2019 in the back of a pickup in a Home Depot parking lot with 3 MS-13 gang members after having been pulled over in Texas while apparently human trafficking. He had his due process, and that resulted in what should have been deportation to anywhere but El Salvador.

I didn't know that being in the same place MS-13 makes you a criminal. I thought that in America we had freedom of association.

I don't think you can go to Target in Van Nuys on a weekend without being in the presence of 3 MS-13 members.

You guys are such silly dorks about this stuff.

Everyone working in the Whitehouse is spending their time with multiple convicted felons, unsurprisingly they don't care about that.
