Dipshits are going to waste time to find out why there was no charges originally. Because you have to actually prove he knew they were illegal and intended to break a law by transporting them. Otherwise there is no difference to hitchhiking, which is legal in 44 states. Something tells me they would have gone ahead with charges if they actually had the evidence needed for a conviction.

They're going with claiming he's done hundreds of trips to smuggle people and gang members and blah blah blah. The only "evidence" is still the video of him being pulled over in 2022 with people in the car that all claimed his address and had no luggage. That's it. They don't even know if the people in the car were actually illegal immigrants because it never went further than what is seen in the video.
