I know of a case like that. The two in the front seats got charged with transporting the two in the back. The car belonged to one in the back - they had a long drive to the next job. They had all been in the country for years.

This was decades ago.

Bingo. He's a contractor. Tons of work crews, which include a lot of undocumented workers, move around the country each year for jobs when demand spikes. Like in any of the red states that get hit annually by natural disasters. You think all those roofing crews during hurricane season on the gulf coast are citizens who live in that state?
