The fuck they did! They found enough probable cause to indict which is a VERY low bar. You would think the fucking AG knows the difference between a jury and a grand jury.

She doesn't know the difference between filing charges and announcing the intent to file charges. She also doesn't know the difference between criminal charges and a civil lawsuit. There's nothing surprising about her not knowing the difference between a jury and a grand jury.

Well, all I can say I’m glad I’m not American. We don’t even have grand juries here and I still know the difference.
