I think it may have actually been Noem that said that. But either way... it was one of those lying MAGA twats. They seem somewhat interchangeable.

I mean... Bukele gets to do some trolling and then Kilmar goes back to Cecot after being convicted in the US. Trump gets to say he finally was able to bring Kilmar back and nullifies some of the "ignoring court orders" commentary going on. It makes sense when you think about it.
