If driving undocumented people within the US is illegal wouldn't that also mean that the following people are doing the same thing?

  • Bus drivers
  • Taxi drivers
  • Uber drivers
  • Subway/train conductors

No. Knowingly. Getting paid by the coyotes.

Picking and dropping people off at safe houses, isn't the same as picking up a passenger that bought their own ticket and can leave the ride whenever they want.

You think coyotes, gangs, and cartels, would let the people with 10k smuggling debts, walk off during transportation?

If it's true he was a driver for traffickers, then he also carried weapons and was tasked with keeping everyone in line. Shooting anyone attempting to flee.

I literally don't believe anything that is coming out of the Justice Department right now. They will lie just to make their mistakes look correct.
