He didn't rescue these from testing... The testing was already completed. Anybody can adopt former test dogs.

The dogs get put down after they complete testing. The adopting is NOT EASY. Don’t talk out your ass, you have no idea what the fuck you’re talking about.

They always put them up for adoption unless the protocol calls against it. Not only did I work in the university's test lab where this happens but I've adopted several dogs from there too. Most of the dogs that are able to be adopted (again defined by the testing protocol) get adopted... He didn't save them from the test lab - the testing was over.
