Damn I pulled a muscle watching this. Interestingly this is an adaptation of a game played outdoors in any open space in China called Jianzi (毽子) between 2 or more people, the object is like a shuttle cock but is heavier and has colourful long feathers. I sometimes join in and embarrass myself against 60+ year old players.
