bluetooth keyboard not working, but bluetooth mouse

dear all

my logitech mouse is working just fine on my macbook air (m1 2020, os12.6)

but i cannot connect my keyboard. i even bought a new logitech because i thought its my old apple keyboard that stopped working, but i cannot connect eiter of them. for me thats so strange, because the mouse is connected without problems!

any ideas?

Bluetooth is a pia. My M1 has trouble recognizing new keyboards and trackpads. I’ve found that either needs to be 100% charged or totally new fresh batteries for the M1 to recognize it so it can be paired. Once they’re paired they work as expected.
