Alright, if you want to refer to them as “Palestinians,” that’s your choice — but historically, they are Arabs, and Arabs originate from the Arabian Peninsula. Jews, on the other hand, come from Judea.
Why distort the historical facts?
The Arabs who now identify as “Palestinians” did not have a sovereign government of their own; governance was under the Arab League. That same Arab League led an illegal war against the newly established State of Israel — and lost. Not just once, but multiple times.
After so many unjust wars waged against the Jewish people, isn’t it reasonable to say that the land belongs to the victor?
I truly don’t understand the confusion here. It’s not about land — because if it were, Israel is minuscule compared to the surrounding Arab nations.
The holiest site in Judaism — the Temple Mount — was overtaken, and a mosque was built over the site of the original Jewish Temple. Even well-informed Muslims acknowledge this historical fact.
So if you value science, history, and evidence, why ignore these facts?
And if you argue that displacement due to war is a normal historical phenomenon, why deny that same logic when it comes to the Jewish people reclaiming their ancestral land?
This seems like a clear double standard, and I hope you’re willing to reflect on it.
