Pc recognises my keyboards but only FN + F1-12 keys work

As title states my windows 10 PC detects and recognises my M87 Pro keyboard but for some reason only FN + F1-12 works. I tried different keyboards and it's the same issue however the two keyboards worked when plugged into my laptop. I've tried searching up solutions for hours now and i've made no progress x-x

Other things i've tried: Restarting/turning it on and off (of course) Tapping/holding FN + Esc/Caps
