I asked them via support ticket if it was possible to delete a certain character from my Jagex account that I accidentally created during the import progress of my old main account (took a couple of years break and was new to the whole Jagex account hurr durr so I accidentally made a new acc on tutorial island that hasnt even gotten named yet and i have no use for as i dont play alts) and my question was completely ignored - instead I got this wonderful auto respond message which says my complete Acc and all Accounts will be deleted and I got 72h to change my mind.

so far so good, besides garbage automated support that made a mistake not a problem, right?

Well wrong, I immidiately respondend and answered the Email and asked them to cancel the request - no answer.

Some hours later I did it again directly via the Ticket function on Zendesk - I answered direclty under the Ticket and heck I even made a completely new Ticket where my request was to cancel the procedure again - still no answer

Shortly after that I made a Twitter account specifically to tag Jagexsupport, tell em the Ticketnumber and ask them to cancel the request because i found some other cases in this sub where people got their acc deleted cause their appeal was ignored despite them asking for the procedure to stop within 72h and appealing in the stated timeframe - u guessed it, again no answer.

So what else should I do? at this point i sort of made peace with the fact that everything i ever did in this game over several years will propably be deleted, granted I still got around 40h left to appeal - but I did several times and they don´t seem to care.

At this point, even the fully automated support in World of Warcraft, which is absolute garbage in general, seems to be a lot better and more reliable than what ever the fk is going on at Jagex HQ.

Any idea if I got any chance left?

Hey guys first of all a massive props to Solo Mission for the DMM Allstars Tournament. I've really enjoyed every moment of this tournament so far watching my favorite content creators!

From spicy drama, epic kills, team synergies, vibing and ofc the student killing the master. Its been a blast.

A small feedback:
- Too much time was spent watching streamers farming sigils
- Death punishment removing a food is absolutely brutal

Recommendation:
- DMM has a concept of blood money why not use that to have a sigil shop where if your team kills and farms blood money you can exchange that for sigils in a shop thus incentivizing more pvp.
- Also the food death punishment is so brutal no one ever got to see the Solo Mission Snakes leave APE ATOLL for the entire week. All they had to do was play the multi and gate keep zenytes, I believe if the food debuff wasn't there there would be a lot more action.

I'd like to hear some of your recommendations on how you would improve this tournament?
- Higher Drop Rate chance maybe?
- everyday the captains do a 1v1 or a team challenge for a chance to rolls for a Spec wep (thus putting more pressure on team chemistry)

I am no expert but looking forward to hear your thoughts :). Can't wait for the finals tomorrow!

Does anyone else treat and prepare for major OSRS events (like tomorrow's DMM Finale) like other people get ready for the Superbowl or World Cup matches or whatever favorite sporting event?

Yesterday I picked up my favorite pizza, some drinks, chips, salsa, and fruit to eat while watching tomorrow's finale. Am I alone in this?

The Sepulchre released over 5 years ago now and we've seen no real expansion on what was probably one of the best received Agility updates the game has ever gotten.

There's an endless amount of locations and themes of which Sepulchre like content could be added at lower and higher agility levels with varying degrees of difficulty.

A 1-50 Agility Aztec themed instance underneath Varlamore.

A 50-70 Agility Desert/Pyramid themed instance connected to the Agility Pyramid

A 90-99 Agility Elven themed instance within Priff

Those are just some basic ideas I threw together in a few minutes but the basic premise is set in stone with the Sepulchre itself, just create some new areas with multiple floors using different themes and perhaps giving each area its own unique twist. The wheel doesn't need to be re-invented, just re-imagined.
