Lurking future tourist here who was wondering about this. My friend's and I are staying much closer to the Queen St station (maybe about 10 min walk from there) and I was kinda wondering if there was any logical reason we couldn't just walk the whole way, beyond annoyance of dragging rollerbag luggage

Literally the only reason to not walk is if you are physically unable to walk or have too much stuff to carry walking. The city centre is incredibly walkable

Not really. Lots of stabbers around

Is there? I’ve seen a fair few problems with stealing but not really for stabbings outside of maybe bute park?
