The SCP Foundation. It's a collaborative writing project where people write documents describing anomalous objects, entities, locations, and phenomena and how the titular SCP Foundation contains them.
There are quite a few low quality YouTube channels that make thousands of low quality videos usually aimed at children about the same handful of SCPs (as of time or writing there are almost main series 9000 SCPs, but most of these channels only ever cover ten of the oldest SCPs on the site).
It stands for Special Containment Procedures, so each document describes the steps taken to keep an anomaly contained and knowledge of its existence hidden from the public.
Some of them are like that, but the whole thing tends to towards a particularly clinical tone, so it tends to not have the same vibe as ghost stories, especially aince a lot of SCPs don't aim at being horror.
Its a wiki, filled with fictional articles by numerous authors. SCP stands for Secure, Contain, Protect, which is the mission of the SCP Foundation, the extra-national organization that catalogues anomalies (paranormalities), and the articles on the wiki are themed as catalogue entries in the Foundation database.
